Support for anxiety, depression and emotional wellbeing.
Evidence-based psychology, delivered with care. At Tiba Psychology, we provide Telehealth assessment and therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and other emotional or psychological difficulties.
Therapy for anxiety, worry, and panic.
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health concerns, and it takes many forms — constant background worry, sharp panic, social discomfort, looping intrusive thoughts, or dread about your health. While everyone feels anxious from time to time, persistent anxiety can interfere with work, relationships, study, sleep, and everyday life.
We work with anxiety using evidence-based approaches — Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based work where it fits. During your assessment we take the time to understand your individual experience before developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

When to seek support
It can help to speak with a psychologist if anxiety is difficult to control, affecting work, study, or relationships, leading you to avoid situations, interfering with sleep or concentration, or causing frequent panic attacks. You don’t need to wait until symptoms become severe before reaching out.
