Support for anxiety, depression and emotional wellbeing.
Evidence-based psychology, delivered with care. At Tiba Psychology, we provide Telehealth assessment and therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and other emotional or psychological difficulties.
Therapy for depression and low mood.
Depression is more than sadness or a difficult day. It’s the flat heaviness that makes everything take more effort, the loss of interest in things that used to matter, the brain fog, and the inner critic that won’t quiet down. Symptoms can range from mild to severe and may develop gradually or after stressful life events — and depression is a treatable condition.
We work with depression using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), behavioural activation, mindfulness-based approaches, ACT, and where helpful, schema-informed therapy. The aim is twofold — relief from the worst of it, and a clearer view of what you actually want to be doing with your life.

When to seek support
It may help to speak with a psychologist if low mood has lasted more than a few weeks, is affecting work, study, or relationships, is reducing motivation or enjoyment, is impacting sleep, appetite, or concentration, or is leaving you feeling hopeless or overwhelmed. If you’ve been prescribed medication, we can work alongside your GP or psychiatrist.
